Specializing in retail banking and wealth management, Philipp brings a decade of consulting experience to leading retail and universal banks, wealth managers, private banks, and investors. His focus is on the DACH market and the broader European region. His expertise lies in C-level strategy development, revenue management strategies (including pricing and sales), mergers and acquisitions deal work, and post-deal value creation. In the retail banking sector, Philipp has guided his clients through various growth strategies for retail and universal banks, including retail investments, consumer lending, SME, payments, and fintech. Additionally, Philipp has led multiple buy-side due diligences for European private equity investors, specifically targeting companies in retail and business banking.

In the wealth and asset management sector, Philipp has conducted several strategy projects for leading private banks. These include repricing work from conceptual stage to implementation, the establishment of new sales models for wealth managers, benchmarking of front offices and corporate functions, the development of target operating models, and several market studies on the wealth management market in the DACH region.
Philipp holds a BSc in Business Administration from WHU Vallendar and a Grande Ecole Diploma (MSc Management) with a specialization in Finance from HEC Paris. He is fluent in German, English, and French.
In his free time, Philipp enjoys high-intensity interval workouts and passionately supports both European and American football.
